Industrial real estate firms face a critical conversion gap: paid advertising drives traffic, but slow, unoptimized landing pages fail to convert. Poor mobile experiences, weak SEO fundamentals, and generic designs cause high bounce rates and wasted ad spend—especially problematic when targeting high-value logistics and industrial sectors where every lead counts.

What I Built

I designed and developed a production-grade, performance-first landing page specifically architected for Coldwell Banker Commercial's industrial division. The solution prioritizes three core objectives: speed, SEO visibility, and conversion optimization—all critical for maximizing ROI on paid campaigns targeting Mexico's logistics sector.

Technical Implementation

Performance Architecture: Built with Next.js 14 using Server-Side Rendering (SSR) to deliver instant first contentful paint and eliminate client-side rendering delays. Deployed on Cloudflare Workers at the edge for sub-100ms response times across Mexico and LATAM regions.
